Returns & Refunds

At West Canadian Sports Installations, we stand behind the quality of our professional sports equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Conditions

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Modular Sport Tiles: These are custom-ordered based on specific project dimensions and volume requirements.
  • Custom Orders: Any equipment or materials modified or fabricated to specific project specifications.
  • Installed Goods: Equipment that has already been installed (e.g., bolted hoops, cemented posts).
  • Liquid Materials: Opened or partially used containers of Nova Sports surfacing materials or RiteWay repair liquids.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

4. Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to large equipment returns to cover handling and administration.
